Yesterday, I asked a local project manager what were the common problems that sub-contractors created. He quickly responded, "Being too messy, and, Damaging other trades' work."
I recall several years ago when I was on my first job site. I had lost power in one of the electrical outlets, so I went down to the breaker box and started flipping switches. Thank God nobody was electricuted. Soon, one of the electricians asked me if I had messed with the switches. Well, you can imagine the chewing out I got.....and deserved.
When on a job site, remember that there are many projects often moving at the same time. Respect and consideration will keep you and everyone else safe while keeping everyone on schedule.
Stay safe
